RETURN & EXCHANGE

Rural Theory does not offer returns/exchanges and refunds on products delivered in perfect condition.

• Incase you have received an incorrect product that doesn't match with the product ordered, we will replace it for the correct product ordered.
• Incase you've received a damaged product, we request you to kindly inform us at theoryrural@gmail.com or +91 863-0193165 with supporting images of the damaged product received with 24 hours of the delivery.

We request you to ensure that the product is sent back to us in its original condition and packaging with its original documents including tags, order invoice etc. Once the product has been received a replacement for the same product will be initiated. 

REFUND

Incase of a defect in the product, we’re happy to replace the product for you or refund your order amount within 7 working days after we receive the product at our warehouse, following an inspection & quality check.

We request you to write to us in detail with supporting images of the defect, your order details and contact information within 24 hours of delivery to theoryrural@gmail.com

All returns/exchange courier charges to our warehouse are borne by the customer. The shipping charges for the replacement will be borne by Rural Theory.

We request you to ensure that the product is sent back to us in its original condition and packaging with its original documents including tags, order invoice etc.

Once we have received your returned product, we will notify you via email upon the approval or rejection of your refund.

The customer agrees not to dispute the refund policy made by Rural Theory and accept Rural Theory’s policy regarding the cancellation.
