SHIPPING CHARGES

Free shipping is available for order above 3500 INR. A shipping charge of 150 INR is charged on orders below 3500 INR.

ORDER PROCESSING 

The orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of placing an order. Most orders are delivered within 4-7 business days. Monday to Friday are considered as business days except for public holidays.

Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers.

Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at theoryrural@gmail.com. We appreciate if you inform us as soon as possible in case you do not want an order, so that we do not dispatch the order and save on the courier cost and the effort.

• If you cancel your order before your product has been dispatched, the full amount will be refunded in case of pre-paid order.
• If you cancel your order after your product has been dispatched, the shipping charges will be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded in case of pre-paid order.

Please note: Repeated refusal of COD orders will lead to barring of COD facility without any intimation.

The customer agrees not to dispute the policy made by Rural Theory and accept Rural Theory’s policy regarding the cancellation.
