SHIPPING CHARGES
Free shipping is available for order above 3500 INR. A shipping charge of 150 INR is charged on orders below 3500 INR.

ORDER PROCESSING
The orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of placing an order. Most orders are delivered within 4-7 business days. Monday to Friday are considered as business days except for public holidays.
Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled.

RETURN & EXCHANGE
Rural Theory does not offer returns/exchanges and refunds on products delivered in perfect condition.
Incase you have received an incorrect product that doesn't match with the product ordered, we will replace it for the correct product ordered.
Incase you've received a damaged product, we request you to kindly inform us at theoryrural@gmail.com or +91 863-0193165 with supporting images of the damaged product received with 24 hours of the delivery.
